With the ambush of tablet technology, do you see magazines fading out? fact is that print is expensive and an app is free in some cases.

  1. Tablet magazines and newspapers also offer the great ability to display moving image and include interactive elements. Virgin recently released a great example of this with 'Project' Magazine:

  2. I suppose that it would be true and could lead you to many different links on the internet making finding references to that same subject so easy to find. However that could also have you running all over the net away from the magazine your reading.
The tablet and ipad is not as flexible as the paper magazine so am not sure reading that on the train would be ideal.

  3. The fact that internet gives bigger variety of articles is true but also so many low quality articles make it to the internet and it is real art how to the ones which you can actually trust and are worth reading. How many times you start reading an article with a very catchy name and in the end after wasting your expensive 7minutes you realize that the author of that article was not even able to develop that topic or even answer to the main question. I am not saying that all the articles published in the magazines are great but at least there is someone in each magazine who monitors those things and not all articles are finally printed. So my answer is magazine. Even if I am using iPad a lot, from my point of view it is not able to develop that much to substitute hard copies, at least for another 2 years :)
